 Everything is carefully packaged using bubble wrap, peanuts or paper. I use bio-degradable starch peanuts unless I am re-using peanuts. I also try to use re-used boxes, but some days this isn't always possible since pottery requires a good sturdy box to protect the contents. Small items or flat items I ship in padded envelopes with lots of padding.  You can be assured your art work will arrive safely and in the condition you expect.

My goal is to make you extremely happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with your concerns and I am sure we can remedy the situation.

I can accept all forms of payment. Stripe is preferred but if you prefer writing a check, please be aware that I WILL NOT mail anything until the check has cleared. Sometimes this takes up to 2 weeks.  My Pay Pal account is down at the moment.

*********Shipping*********
Orders usually ship out the next day and arrive within a week. My son says "getting something in the mail is a lot more exciting than buying it in a store." The truth is what the truth is! All items listed are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise stated..

International customers: please contact me for a quote on the item you would like to purchase. I will then modify the listing so that you can purchase it. I apologize for the inconvenience. Also, any customs or duties charges are your responsibility - I have no way to estimate these charges.

Most orders ship USPS. If you are international or one of our beautiful neighbors to the north or South,  I ship via USPS.  I tend to ship fast, so let me know as soon as possible if you want something other than USPS. Please note: USPS does not offer a tracking number on International Orders. International customers should contact me for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Thanks!

***********Refunds and Exchanges***********
I take pride in making sure my customers are extremely happy with their purchase. Although very rare, damage can happen during shipment. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately (within 1 week of receipt).

If the item arrives and is not as described in the item description or you simply would like to return it, you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charges) or exchanged for something else within 30 days.

In the case of all returns you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please return in original package as to keep the pottery protected. Please purchase insurance for returns. I will refund insurance once the piece safely arrives.
